Five Tips!
1. When painting nails..cleaning up any edges while the polish is wet is much easier (IMO) than trying to get it off when its dry. I prefer dipping a small nail art brush or paint brush in remover and cleaning up around my nails that way. It gives more control that a Qtip.
2. Make sure that when you sit down to do your nails that you have time to spare and don't need to use the bathroom, open pop cans, etc. Do all this before starting. I have ruined my nails SO many times by not being prepared. lol
3. When you apply lip gloss/stick. Stick your index finger in your mouth, close lips around your finger. Twist a bit. Then pull out your finger. It removes any product from the inside of your lips so that it doesn't get on your teeth! Its so easy!
4. I would also recommend check out sale items in stores. Many stores put makeup on amazing clearance sales!!! Not because the makeup is expired, but because the color is being discontinued or the brand in simply changing packaging and they want to clear out any old packaging! I have found makeup as much as 90% off in some places!!!
5. To get that perfect cats eye look, place a piece of tape on your face. From the corner of your eye and up at the angle you want your line. Then just follow that up to where you want it and remove the tape! Voila! Perfect lines!!!
Remember, do not ever get discouraged! Practice makes perfect. I learn new things every day myself and am still trying to perfect nail art! Just keep working at it and don't be afraid to try new things!!!
